FISMA CONGO delivered the civil and structural works for the Mubanga Village Health Center on behalf of MMG. The project created a durable community healthcare facility designed for safe, practical and long-term use. Our teams coordinated foundations, masonry, roofing, utilities and finishing works while maintaining quality and safety controls throughout construction. The units were engineered as durable, practical access-control points using robust steelwork, sandwich panels and galvanized-sheet components suited to demanding operational environments. The solution combines controlled entry, staff protection and efficient deployment across active sites.
